Starting my own business began after I wore a homemade T-shirt with one of my drawings. The design - a caricature of me sitting on the agility floor sucking from an oxygen tank and my dog Guinness offering me her water bowl - captured the difficulty I have running agility and breathing. Apparently, it is a common affliction among handlers.
To my surprise, other owners wanted the same theme depicting caricatures of themselves and their dogs. The requests grew into personalized drawings of dogs and their owners in a variety of situations and Get Personal Designs was born.
